In the course of their interaction with clients, Alexander and Joseph observed that, on the whole, the hospitality industry is fraught with legacy infrastructures. That said, Think Simplicity’s “anti-telecom” solution is far from the obsolete hardware infrastructure that sat inside the hotel room; theirs is a highly sophisticated system which enhances today’s communication methods by incorporating IP phones, smartphones, texting, tablets, etc. Their solution allows hotel staff to communicate with the guests beyond any physical barriers that restrict communication. “Think Simplicity is taking communication to the next level by blurring the infrastructure,” mentions Alexander Perovich, Co-Founder of the company.

In one instance, a hotel group (current client) had requested a customized application to extend the existing solution. Think Simplicity was able to design, develop and implement the enhancement in record time, which is not possible from today’s traditional industry vendors.
